This module will allow you to build your own affiliate program. Configure the module, invite your customers and watch the effects. Once implemented, the Affiliate Program generates a new, free source of traffic to your store - referrals.
Affiliate Program

Referral discount codes
For the Affiliate Program participant, the module generates a classic discount code.
- The module generates an individual discount code for each program participant.
- When a customer uses the discount code, the module will add the discount to the order, and after successful payment, it will calculate the commission for the referrer.
- You can configure the operation of discount codes in the module.
Referral links - reflinks
Reflink is a link to any URL of your store supplemented with an individual parameter of the referrer.
- The module generates an individual reflink for each participant of the program.
- If someone enters your store through the reflink, the module automatically detects the referral and charges a commission to the referrer if the order is completed.
- The reflink can add a discount to the products in the customer's shopping cart.

Statistics and analytics
Your partner's ID in the reflink is described by a parameter named utm_campaign and utm_source Thanks to this, you will be able to easily analyze customer origin in Google Analytics.

Initial configuration
In the module, you will set the content of the welcome page available in the "Partner Program" tab in My Customer Account:
- Content before joining + optional consent / terms and conditions

Before joining
to the Affiliate Program
Customer in My Account you will find the "Affiliate Program" tab.
Under the "Affiliate Program" tab, you will find the "before joining" description and the "JoinAffiliate Program" button.
Optionally, you can enable the display of consents to accept, such as the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program.
After joining
to the Affiliate Program
In the "Affiliate Program" tab you will see a description "after joining the program" and information on how to use the available referral methods:
- Information about the reflink and discount code
- The amount of commissions and discounts
- History of commissions earned (the module takes into account the privacy policy of RODO)
- Possibility to exchange collected commissions
Adding new participants
Rules for charging commissions
You can set commissions globally for the entire product catalog or create multiple commission accrual rules. With commission charging rules, you can, among other things, charge different commission values for different products.
- You can create multiple rules and edit them freely.
- When editing the account of a Program participant, you can assign him any of the created rules.
- Based on the rules, the customer will receive a commission on each generated referral.
- Editing a Rule will not affect the previously accrued commissions.
Advanced configuration
In the module configuration, configure additional settings to tailor the Referral Program to your business model.

after which commissions will be credited.
Exchange of commissions for a discount voucher
In My Account, the customer can mark the earned commissions that he wants to settle by exchanging them for a discount voucher to be redeemed in your store. The module will generate a discount code with the value of the listed commissions.
Payment of commissions to a bank account
The customer can select the selected commissions and request a withdrawal of funds. Make a settlement of the commissions, such as a transfer to the participant's account, and then mark the commissions as settled.
- You can disable access to the option of exchanging commissions for a bank transfer.
Note: To pay commissions legally, contact your accountant or lawyer! In some cases, a well-constructed Affiliate Program terms and conditions will suffice.
List of participants
View and manage your Affiliate Program participants. Enter the participant preview to see details:
- Commission and Referral History.
- Individual Commission Charge Rules.
- Rate for commissions and rebates.
List of commissions and commission statuses.
Here you will find all the referrals and commissions generated by the participants of the Affiliate Program.
A new commission receives two statuses: Unaccepted and Unbilled.
- Commission Not Accepted > Accepted.
- Commission Unsettled > Settled.
Accepting commissions
- You can accept commissions manually directly in the commission list.
- You can enable automatic acceptance of commissions on the indicated order status (you can set a delay time for commission accrual, e.g. 14 days after accepting payment for an order)
- The customer in My Account can access commissions with the status "Accepted".
- You can undo the acceptance of the commission - the commission will no longer be visible in My Customer Account.
Commission settlement
- You can manually mark an accepted commission as "Settled".
- The commission will automatically mark as "Cleared" when the customer exchanges the commission for a discount coupon.
- The commission will automatically mark as "Cleared" when the customer asks for a commission payment (you must accept the request).
Sharing a shopping cart - transferring a list of products

The Affiliate Program module works together with our Shopping Cart Sharing module.
The Shopping Cart Sharing module adds a button on the shopping cart page to share the created list of products in your shopping cart with your friends. This is an easy way to share your finished shopping list.
- The person using the shared shopping cart will receive an automatic discount on the entire shopping cart.
- The person sharing will receive commissions if an order is created from the shared shopping cart.
