Create as many FAQ entries as you like - provide a question and an answer, then link the entry to products in your store, for example.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is a subpage with a friendly URL, where you can find categories and FAQ entries that you have marked as "Show in Knowledge Base".
What is an FAQ?
TheFAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section of online and eCommerce stores is a section that provides answers to customers' most frequently asked questions. Its main purpose is to dispel users' doubts and make it easier for them to make a purchasing decision without having to contact store support. This module is a simple tool with which you will create FAQ sections in your PrestaShop store.

Link the FAQ categories and entries to the product catalog and Knowledge Base
In the FAQ section, post answers to questions that come up most often on your email, support panel and during conversations with customers.
The module will adapt to the design of your template, or modify the look of the FAQ section with lightweight .tpl and .css files.

The knowledge base is available to everyone. You will find module documentation as well as instructions, videos and answers to frequently asked questions.
Lifetime license for the module
- You can use the module without limitation in 1 store = 1 domain.
- You can use an additional domain, e.g. for developer copy.
- For a small fee you can change the domain for the module yourself.
Additional domains for Multistore
- All our modules support PrestaShop Multistore.
- Supporting unlimited domains for PrestaShop Multistore requires purchasing multistore support for the module.
Modifying the code
- The module code related to the integration with the store and the design (.tpl, .css, .js) has open source code and you can modify it freely.
- The module's source code (.php) is encrypted with ionCube, and modifying it will void the warranty.
